    Studio Follow-Up Status Definitions

    Follow
    • Lead - A Prospect who originated either as a Walk-In, Outreach or a Telephone Inquiry.
    • Web Lead - A Prospect who was acquired through their submission of the club’s online application.
    • Referral - A Prospect who was acquired via recommendations from pre-existing Prospects and/or Members.

     

    ** Think of Appointments as tours.  These will count as sales opportunities for studios**

     

    • Appt Booked - A Prospect who has scheduled a sales appointment with club staff.
    • Appt No Show - A Prospect who scheduled, but failed to attend, their sales appointment.
    • Appt Show - No Sale - A Prospect who arrived at their sales appointment but declined to purchase a service or accept a guest pass.

     

    ** Think of Orientations as free workouts.  These will count as sales opportunities for studios**

     

    • ORT Booked - A Customer who has scheduled an Orientation with club staff.
    • ORT No Show - A Customer who scheduled, but failed to attend, their Orientation.
    • ORT Show - No Sale - A Customer who, both, scheduled and subsequently attended their Orientation but did not purchase services.
    • Active Guest - A Prospect who is currently within their guest pass period.
    • Expired Guest - A Prospect who accepted a guest pass yet no longer remains within their guest pass period.
    • Customer - A Client who purchases a recurring service or payments.
    • Drop-In - A Customer who, both, bought 1 session and subsequently used up that session.
    • Customer- Renewal Opportunity - A Customer whose total, available sessions, have decreased below the club’s sales-qualifying threshold.
    • Customer- Low Usage - A Customer who has not used their sessions within the club’s customizable number of days (typically, 14 days).
    • Customer- Suspended - A Customer who has put their services on hold due to vacation, life changes, etc. This is the exact name that MBO uses in their system, we just matched them.
    • Customer- Delinquent - A Customer who has transitioned into a delinquent status within MBO.
    • Customer- Agreement Ending - A Customer whose Service Package has hit the Agreement Ending threshold.
    • Inactive Customer - Expired - A Customer who has not renewed their expired Service Package.
    • Inactive Customer - Canceled - A Customer who has canceled their Service Package.
