    How Do I Set Up My Campaign to Send to Specific Prospects?

    Filters allow club staff to specify the exact audience for which their campaign’s emails are intended. With every filter that an employee selects, that campaign earns an additional opportunity for personalization as it will be received by an increasingly niche audience.

    Follow the steps below to discover how staff can arrange for their campaign’s email to send exclusively to specifically curated Prospects.

    Access the Email Campaign in question and navigate to its Recipients page.

    Click the Target Audience section’s dropdown menu and select ‘Select Prospects’.

    Upon clicking ‘Select Prospects’, additional filters will appear. These filters are optional and blank by default. Use each filter to tailor the campaign’s Prospect audience as desired.

    A. Target Audience Section

    This filter allows staff to specify a range of days in which a Prospect's account must have been created in order to receive the campaign email.



    B. Filters Section

    This filter allows staff to specify which follow-up status(es) a club’s Prospects must possess in order to receive the campaign email.


    Such statuses include:

    • Lead: Any Prospect who originated either a Walk-In or Telephone Inquiry.

    • Web Lead: Any Prospect who was acquired through their submission of the club’s online application.

    • Referral: Any Prospect who was acquired via recommendations from pre-existing Prospects and Members.

    • Appt Booked: Any Prospects who currently has an appointment scheduled with club staff.

    • Appt No Show: Any Prospect who has failed to appear at an appointment scheduled with club staff. 

    • Active Guest: Any Prospects who has accepted a guest pass and who currently remain in their guest pass period.

    • Expired Guest: Any Prospect who has accepted a guest pass and who no longer remains in their guest pass period.

    • Missed Guest: Any Prospect who arrived at their scheduled appointed but declined to purchase a membership or accept a guest pass.
