How Do I Set the Send From Name For My Email Campaign?

    Follow

Club OS’ ‘Send From’ feature allows clubs to customarily pick which party will be visually credited with having issued a campaign’s emails. As a result, clubs can elect whether to unify their emails under a single sender’s name or to personalize each email via dynamic content.

A campaign’s ‘Send From’ section is located at the bottom of its Send page.

Within the ‘Send From’ dropdown menu is a list of nine sender options. These options include:

    • Default Member Sales Email: The email address of the staff member who has been made responsible for performing membership follow-up on all unassigned Prospects. To discover how to appoint a Default Member Sales employee in Location Settings, click here.
