    How to Add Lead Notes Through the Direct Contact Window

    Method 3 

    This method is especially suited for assessing a member’s progress before reaching out through Direct Contact (DC). Additional notes can also be added on the DC Window. These notes will store directly to Lead Notes on the member profile.

    Note:This article discusses the Lead Notes section found on member profiles, but does not outline the steps to locate it. For help locating Lead Notes, click here.

    1.

    First, select ‘User Search’ in the Club OS sidebar.

     


     

    > User Search

    Enter the member’s name in the search bar, located on the left side of the page. Then, select the spyglass icon or hit ‘return’ on your keyboard.

                                       

    Once you have located the correct profile from the search result, select the member’s name.

                                                 

    Tip: Use the filter options, located below the search bar, to narrow search results.

    On the banner, located above the member’s profile, select either the email link or email widget.

    All notes saved to the member’s ‘Lead Notes’ are displayed on the right side of the Direct Contact Window. Team members can quickly assess a member’s progress before the DC is performed.

            

    All three methods of follow-ups (call, email, text) include a ‘Notes’ text box where additional notes can be logged.

                                  

    Once the follow-up is completed, any new notes will immediately be stored in the ‘Lead Notes’ section on the member profile (as shown below).
