    The Renewal Report [Breakdown]

    The Renewal Report assists Owners in tracking which agreements are set to expire, which are set to auto-renew, and how effective their staff has been in maintaining contact with each agreement’s owner. This report is filterable by Date Range, Location, and Employee (here, the Assigned Trainer). It contains three tabs: Non-Auto-Renew (Date Range), Auto-Renew Term (All Active), and Auto-Renew Open (All Active). For steps on how to access, filter, and schedule the report, click here.

    A. The Non-Auto-Renew (Date Range) Tab

    Non-Auto-Renew Agreements are categorized by billing cycle. Each available time length is afforded a table: Years, Months, Semi Months, Weeks, and Days. This allows Owners to more easily analyze a specific revenue’s worth within each renew status. Each table contains the following columns:

    • Location ID: The club location in which the non-auto-renewed location belongs.

    • Contract End Date: The date in which the agreement is set to expire.

    • Last Name: The last name of the Member who owns the agreement.

    • First Name: The first name of the Member who owns the agreement.

    • Email: The email address attributed to the Member’s account.

    • Phone: The phone number attributed to the Member’s account.

    • Agreement Name: The name of the non-renewed agreement.

    • Recurring Payment Amount: The cost of each agreement’s invoice.

      Note: The total value of each agreement’s recurring payment is displayed in this column’s bottom cell.

    • Remaining Units: The amount of units that remain within the agreement.

      Note: The total amount of each agreement’s remaining units is displayed in this column’s bottom cell.

    • Salesperson: The employee who sold the Member their agreement.

    • Agreement Trainer: The trainer assigned to the Member’s agreement.

    • Last Completed Event: The date in which the agreement’s most recent event was completed.

    • Last Measurement Date: The date in which the Member took their most recent measurements.

    • Last Follow-Up Date and Type: The date and method (Direct, Membership, or PT) through which the Member was most recently followed up with. (Example: 8/1/16 (M))

    • Follow-Up Performed By: The employee who performed the Member’s most recent follow-up.

    B. The Auto-Renew Term (All Active) Tab
