    When Are PT Invoices Emailed to Members?


    Not every PT invoice qualifies for being received by a member. Whether an invoice stays or gets sent is decided by how that invoice’s status is set.

    Here are the statuses that will/will not allow an email to be sent.

    Statuses Where an Email Will Send:

    • Settled
    • Pending Settled

    Statuses Where an Email Will Not Send:

    • Comped
    • Written-Off
