A new option for filtering members by billing statuses when composing campaign emails is now available.
The new option will allow you to select email recipients based on their billing statuses.
1-Navigate to the automatic campaigns page (Marketing→ Automatic campaigns)
2- Click on ‘cc’ to access the status drip settings.
3- Click on the recipients tab to access the recipients page.
4- Select ‘All Active Members’ from the drop down menu labeled ‘target audience’.
5- Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Select ‘billing statuses’ under membership billing statuses option. Next, choose the appropriate billing status filter from the three options provided (pre-approval, posted, rejected). Remember to save your changes.
