    Guest Pass Report [Breakdown]

    The Guest Pass Report displays the various states (‘issued’, ‘expired’, or ‘converted’) of a club’s total collection of guest passes within a designated date range. This allows Club Admins to evaluate how successfully a club’s staff is at converting guest passes to memberships.

    A report that is run for a solitary location will display a single row of stats. Additionally, a report that is run for multiple locations will contain multiple rows of stats -one row for each individual club. This report is filterable by Date Range and Location.     The Report

    Columns include:

    • Name: The name of the club in which a guest pass was either issued, expired, or converted within the report’s designated date range.

    • Location: The city in which the club is located.

    • Issued: The total number of guest passes that a club issued within the report’s designated date range.

    • Expired: The total number of a club’s valid guest passes that expired within the report’s designated date range.

    • Converted: The total number of a club’s Prospects who purchased memberships within the report’s designated date range after possessing a guest pass.

      Note: This is automated by the system for billing integrated clubs.
