    The Sales Rank Report assists Club Admins in tracking staff performance across seventeen sales-related tasks. This report is filterable by Date Range, Location, and Group Location. ‘Location’ ranks individuals across either one or every club location. ‘Group Location’, however, ranks each location’s collective output.     Participants are ranked in order of descending success.

    By default, the Sales Rank Report’s tabs contain three columns:

    • Name: The participant that is being ranked.
      • Note: This column is not present when the ‘Group Location’ filter is in use.

    • Location: The participant’s default location.

    • Task: The total number of times that the participant performed the tab’s correlating sales task within the report’s designated date range.

    The Sales Rank Report’s tabs include:

    • Total Sales: Ranks the total number of agreements sold by an employee/location within the report’s designated dates.

    • Be Back Sales: Ranks the total number of agreements that an employee/location sold to returning visitors.

    • New Sales: Ranks the total number of agreements that an employee/location sold to first-time visitors.

    • Overall Close %: Ranks the rate in which an employee/location was able to successfully sell an agreement.

    • Referral Added: Ranks the total number of referrals that an employee/location was able to acquire with the report’s designated dates.

    • Referral Converted: Ranks the total number of referred Prospects who converted to Member status by purchasing an agreement from an employee/location within the report’s designated date range.

    • Calls: Ranks the total number of follow-up calls that an employee/location made within the report’s designated date range.

    • Appts Booked: Ranks the total number of appointments that were set by an employee/location within the report’s designated date range.

    • Appts Show: Ranks the total number of an employee/location’s appointments that were successfully attended within the report’s designated date range.

    • Appts Closed: Ranks the total number of an employee/location’s appointments that resulted in a sold agreement.

    • Be Back Appts Closed: Ranks the total number of an employee/location’s appointments that were attended by returning visitors that resulted in a sold agreement.

    • New Appts Closed: Ranks the total number of an employee/location’s appointments that were attended by first-time visitors that resulted in a sold agreement.

    • Walk-In Events Closed: Ranks the total number of an employee/location’s walk-in events that resulted in a sold agreement.

    • Be Back Walk-In Events Closed: Ranks the total number of an employee/location’s walk-in events that were given to returning visitors and that resulted in a sold agreement.

    • New Walk-In Event Closed: Ranks the total number of an employee/location’s walk-in events that were given to first-time visitors and that resulted in a sold agreement.

    • Appts Close %: Ranks the rate in which an employee/location’s appointments resulted in a purchased agreement.

    • Walk-In Event Close %: Ranks the rate in which an employee/location’s walk-in events resulted in a purchased agreement.
