    "How Do I Use My Fitness History?"

    Located in Club OS' Fitness tab, Fitness History displays a Member's health routines (physical or dietary) over time. Each type of routine is represented by an icon. 

    For any date in which a routine is recorded, that routine's corresponding icon will appear on the calendar. Clicking a recorded routine's calendar date will reveal a tabbed breakdown of each recorded item, displaying the contents of the recorded item.  This allows for easy day-to-day or week-to-week tracking of progress, while maintaining critical oversight on the specifics of each component of the client’s goals.
