If you have scheduled a report to be sent this AM and haven't received it by the afternoon, or if you clicked 'email now' when viewing a report and it has not shown up for some time, you may have an issue with your email client. Certain email services such as Yahoo and Hotmail have extremely aggressive spam filters that divert unrecognized emails into a spam/junk folder.
Please first check this folder to see if it is where your reports have been going. Secondly, you will not receive a report if your email occurs multiple times within the Club OS system. If you have '[email protected]' attached to your account but have also attached it to several members during signup (maybe because they did not have their own email to input) you might also experience difficulty pulling reports.
