    How Can I Transfer More Than One Follow-Up at a Time?


    If you find that your account (or an employee's) has an excessive number of leads/members to follow-up with, you may elect to move some of those to another individual at your location.

    To accomplish this, you will first need to be a 'Club Admin' in Club OS. Second, you will require transfer capability. While in User Search, go to the 'Search Actions' dropdown. If the 'Transfer Users' option does not appear for you, please reach out to in order to receive this access -as well as some coaching on best practices.

    Please keep in mind that transfers are non-reversible, so be careful when performing this action!
