    PT Follow-up Activity Report


    This report is a concise record of all the membership follow-up activity stats your team has been doing. Run it for one or all employees at any location. (Click here for steps on how to access, filter, and schedule this report.)

    PT Opportunities

    PT Opportunities are all actions and outcomes of PT Follow-up.

    Orientation Booking SuccessAll PT Follow-ups that result in an "Orientation" or "First-time free session" is noted here.

    New PT Opportunities - Accounts where we do not recognize any PT payment agreements.

    Orientation Made POS -The total number of an employee/location’s Orientations held within the designated date range that were scheduled on the same day in which their Prospects purchased their memberships.

    Orientation Made POS % -The rate in which an employee/location’s New Members scheduled their Orientation on the same day in which their membership was purchased.

    Orientation Non-POS %: The rate in which an employee/location’s New Members did not schedule their Orientation on the same day in which their membership was purchased.

    Orientation Conversion  

    Orientation Booked - A Member who has scheduled an Orientation with club staff within the designated date range.

    Orientation Show - The total number of an employee/location’s Orientations that were attended within the designated date range.

    Orientation Closed - The total number of an employee/location’s Orientations held within the designated date range that resulted in the Member purchasing a PT package. 

    Orientation Show % - The rate of an employee/location’s Orientations that were attended within the designated date range.

    Orientation Closed % - The rate of an employee/location’s Orientations held within the designated date range that resulted in the Member purchasing a PT package. 

    POS PT  

    Total new memberships (sold in Club OS) - Total new members that obtained PT as a result of PT follow-up show here.

    Pos PT sold - The total number of times in which an employee/location’s Prospects purchased PT packages within the same day that they purchased their membership.

    PT Add-On % - This is the rate of PT add-ons resulting from PT Follow-up.

    PT Follow-Up  

    Calls, Emails, and Texts from all PT Follow-Up activity within the designated time range.

    Orientation Not Booked - Calls, Emails, and Texts to members who did not book an orientation.

    Orientation Booked - Calls, Emails, and Texts to members who booked and orientation.

    Orientation No Show - Calls, Emails, and Texts to members who no-showed to an orientation event.

    Orientation No Sale - Calls, Emails, and Texts to members that completed their orientation event but did not buy PT.

    PT Active - Calls, Emails, and Texts to Clients with active PT agreements.

    PT Opportunity - Calls, Emails, and Texts that to people with less than 'x' number of PT sessions left show here. (This is based on your club settings)

    PT Inactive - Calls, Emails, and Texts to members with expired sessions or PT agreements.

    PT Cancelled - Calls, Emails, and Texts to members with cancelled PT agreements.

    Contact Summary

    This is a summary of the number of PT follow-up calls, emails, and texts that have been made or are sitting in someone's PT follow-up queue to make within the designated time range.
