    This report is a consice record of all the membership follow-up activity stats your team has been doing. Run it for one or all employees at any location! (Click here for steps on how to access, filter, and schedule this report.)

    Membership Opportunities

    Membership Opportunites are all actions and outcomes of Membership Follow-up.

    Tours - Tours are lead events on an employee's schedule.  When someone signs the DGW, and selects an employee, they automatically appear on that employee's schedule as a lead event / tour.

    Walk-ins are tours / lead events that occur on an employee's schedule within 60 minutes of signing the DGW.  

    Be Backs are counted when somone who has already signed the DGW previously has come back for another tour / lead event.  The Salesman has to manually add them back onto their schedule.

    First Time Appointments can differ from First Time Walk-Ins, because a telephone inquiry that results in an appointment for later in the afternoon is not the same as someone who just strolled in off the street and got an instant tour.

    Membership Follow-Up

    Lead - No Tour - Leads not toured could have been collected in various ways.  For example, buddy referrals or web referrals.  Leads get entered into Club OS, and a Prospect account is created for someone to follow-up with via calls, emails, or texts.

    Tour Booked - Any call, email, or text that results in a lead event / tour you book, whether on your schedule or someone else's, gets counted here. 

    Missed Sale - Any call, email, or text that results in a lead event / tour whereby a Prospect account did not convert to Client is a missed sales opportunity.

    Expired Guest - Any call, email, or text to a Prospect account with an expired guest pass is counted here.

    Active Guest - Any call, email, or text to a Prospect account with an active guest pass is counted here.

    Active Member - Any call, email, or text to an active Client account is counted here.

    Expired Member - Any call, email, or text to an expired Client account is counted here.

    Contact Summary

    This is a summary of the number of Membership follow-up calls, emails, and texts that have been made or are sitting in someone's Membership follow-up queue to make.
