    This report is a consice record of all the membership follow-up activity stats your team has been doing. Run it for one or all employees at any location! (Click here for steps on how to access, filter, and schedule this report.)

    Membership Opportunities

    Membership Opportunites are all actions and outcomes of Membership Follow-up.

    First Time Appointments - can differ from First Time Unscheduled Visits, because a telephone inquiry that results in an appointment for later in the afternoon is not the same as someone who just strolled in off the street and got an instant tour.

    Be Back Appts - are counted when someone who has already signed the DGW previously has come back for another tour / lead event.  The Salesman has to manually add them back onto their schedule.

    First Time Unscheduled Visit Events - Are lead events that occur on an employee's schedule within 60 minutes (settings may vary based on club) of signing the DGW.

    Be Back Unscheduled Visit Events - When someone who has already signed the DGW previously has come back for another Unscheduled Visit event and occur on an employee's schedule within 60 minutes (settings may vary based on club) of signing the DGW.

    Membership Follow-Up

    Lead - Calls, Emails, and Texts to Leads who get entered into Club OS, and a Prospect account is created.

    Web Lead - Calls, Emails, and Texts to Prospects who originated via the club's web lead form and have an Origin of Web.

    Referrals - Calls, Emails, and Texts to new Prospects who had a new prospect account created who has an Origin of Referral.

    Tour Booked - Calls, Emails, and Texts to a Prospect who had scheduled an appointment with club staff. 

    Tour No Show - Calls, Emails, and Texts to any lead that did not show up to a event/tour, whether on your schedule or someone else's.

    Missed Sale - Calls, Emails, and Texts to a Prospect who attended their appointment but declined to purchase a membership or accept the club's guest pass.

    Expired Guest - Calls, Emails, and Texts to a Prospect who accepted a guest pass that has since expired. 

    Active Guest - Calls, Emails, and Texts to a Prospect who accepted a guest pass and is still currently within their guest pass period.

    Member - Calls, Emails, and Texts to a Prospect who purchased a membership that is currently in good standing.

    Member - Pending Cancel - Calls, Emails, and Texts to a Member who informed the club of their intention to cancel their membership.

    Member - Freeze - Calls, Emails, and Texts to a Member who has temporarily suspended their account due to vacation, injury, etc.

    Member - Delinquent - Calls, Emails, and Texts to a Member whose agreement is in a delinquent state and/or has a past due balance.

    Inactive Member - Expired - Calls, Emails, and Texts to a Member whose membership naturally expired.

    Inactive Member - Cancelled - Calls, Emails, and Texts to a Member who consciously canceled their membership.

    Inactive Member - Collections - Calls, Emails, and Texts to a Member whose membership is in Collections.
