    What Value is There in Setting Goals for a Client in Fitness > Fitness > Goals?

    The goals that are set for a client in terms of caloric consumption/nutrient intake, along with measurement/workout goals, provide a means for the client and trainer to gauge the success of the overall PT program.  The goals set on this page serve as the basis upon which nutrition and workout progress is calculated, along with the aforementioned grades.
