    Employee Productivity Report


    Is time spent doing follow-ups being used wisely? Use this report to let you know if follow-ups are giving your team an edge.  If not, adjust follow-up scripts, call actions, or follow-up schedules. (Click here for steps on how to access, filter, and schedule this report.)

    When you group by locations, each employee row shown below is instead replaced by each club location and it's totals.

    Below is an example of the data collected in this report:

    The columns denote:

    Location - Location of employee.

    First and Last Name - Name of employee.

    Total Logins - Number of logins based on the date range you selected upon setting up report.

    Total Prospect FU - Number of follow-ups made to Prospect accounts by employee for date range selected.

    Total Member FU - Number of follow-ups made to client/member accounts by employee for date range selected.

    Closed Total  - Total of memberships sold under an employee for date range selected.

    Close w/ FU - Number of memberships sold under an employee that had at least one follow-up completed.

    Close w FU% - Percentage of memberships sold under an employee with at least one follow-up completed.

    Close w/o Fu% - Percentage of memberships sold under an employee with no follow-up's completed.
