How to Read the Guest Log Report

Individual tours are highlighted in one of three colors: white, red, and blue. Each color distinguishes a different relationship between the Tour Date and the Digital Guest Waiver.

    • White: The Prospect submitted their Digital Guest Waiver within either an hour before or an hour after the tour’s start time. (Example: A Prospect whose tour was scheduled for noon and who also submitted their Digital Guest Waiver between 11:00 AM - 12:59 PM.)

    • Red: The Prospect submitted their Digital Guest Waiver either earlier or later than the one hour threshold preceding or following the tour’s start time. (Example: A Prospect whose tour was scheduled for noon but submitted their Digital Guest Waiver at 10:39 AM.)

    • Blue: The Prospect did not submit their Digital Guest Waiver.
