    How Does a Lead Sign In for an Appointment Via the Digital Guest Waiver?

    Club OS allows a club’s leads to sign into all of their previously-scheduled appointments via their club’s Digital Guest Waiver. This feature assists club staff in, both, processing previously-received leads quicker and minimizing the risk of creating duplicate lead profiles by relinquishing the requirement that leads re-enter personal information exactly as they had upon previous submissions.

    How to Sign in for an Appointment

    Note: Digital Guest Waivers are customizable per a club’s unique requirements. Not all waivers look identical to the waiver exemplified below. If your club utilizes a single-page Digital Guest Waiver, skip to Step 2.

    1.

    Access the club’s Digital Guest Waiver. Click ‘New Guest’.

    Automatically, the Digital Guest Waiver will redirect to the ‘Welcome, New Guests!’ page. Click ‘I Have an Appointment’.

    Automatically, the Digital Guest Waiver will redirect to the Appointments page where each non-canceled appointment that was previously scheduled with club staff for today’s date is listed.

    Here, the lead has two potential, alternative next steps dictated by what time the lead’s appointment was originally set to occur:

    1. If the Lead is Late for Their Appointment

      Select ‘Show Earlier Appointments’ to see each appointment that was set to occur within the hour preceding the lead’s arrival. Click the lead’s name to be redirected to an abbreviated version of the lead’s original Digital Guest Waiver. Fill out the required fields, then click ‘Submit’. (Note: If the lead’s appointment is not listed, click ‘I Am Not Listed’.)

    2. If the Lead is, Either, Early or On-Time for Their Appointment

      Click the lead’s name to be redirected to an abbreviated version of the lead’s original Digital Guest Waiver. Fill out the required fields, then click ‘Submit’. (Note: If the lead’s appointment is not listed, click ‘I Am Not Listed’.)


    > Lead’s Name > Fill Out Form > ‘Submit’
