    New Prospect Report [Breakdown]

    The New Prospect Report displays, both, the basic stats and status of each Prospect acquired within the report's designated date range. From its data, Club Admins can track how capably a location's staff is converting Prospects into Members.

    This report is filterable by Date Range and Location. (Note: Filtering the New Prospect Report via 'All Locations' will generate a report in which each location's stats is presented within their own tab.) For more tips on how to access, filter, and schedule this report, [click here].

    Columns in this report include:

    1. Location: The club location in which the Prospect's account was created.
    2. Created Date: The date and time in which the Prospect's account was created.
    3. Created By: The club employee who created the Prospect's account within Club OS.
    4. First Contact Date: The date and time in which the club's first follow-up with the Prospect occurred.
    5. Response Time: The exact amount of time that lapsed between the Prospect's Created Date and their First Contact Date.
    6. Note: This figure is displayed in 'HH:MM:SS' format.
    7. Prospect Name: The Prospect's first and last name.
    8. Note: The total number of Prospects that a club acquired within the report's designated date range is displayed at the top of the column.
    9. Phone: The Prospect's phone number.
    10. Email: The Prospect's email address.
    11. Origin: The method through which the Prospect initially contacted the club.
    12. Note: Origins include 'T.I.', 'Walk-In', 'Web', 'Referral', 'Outreach', and 'Other'.
    13. Source: The marketing source through which the Prospect initially discovered the club. (Example: 'Friend or Family', 'TV Ad', 'Billboard', etc.)
    14. Appt Booked?: Displays whether the Prospect has yet to book an appointment/orientation/fitness consultation or not. This data will appear as either 'Y' or 'N'.
    15. Note: The total number of Prospects who booked an appointment/orientation/fitness consultation within the report's designated date range is displayed at the top of the column.
    16. Appt Booked Date: The date and time in which the Prospect's appointment was booked. (Note: If the Prospect has yet to book an appointment, then this field will appear blank.)
    17. Appt Status: The Prospect's current appointment status. (Note: If the Prospect has yet to book an appointment, then this field will appear blank.)
    18. Note: Appointment statuses include 'CP' - Completed, 'CN' - Cancelled, and 'NN' - No Show.
    19. Tour Person: The staff member credited with providing the Prospect's club tour. (Note: If the Prospect has, either, a 'T.I.' or 'Web' origin, then this field will appear blank.)
    20. Salesperson: The staff member credited with selling the Prospect their membership. (Note: If the Prospect has yet to purchase a membership, then this field will appear blank.)
    21. Joined?: Displays whether the Prospect purchased a membership or not. This data will appear as either 'Y' or 'N'.
    22. Note: The total number of Prospects who purchased a membership within the report's designated date range is displayed at the top of the column.
    23. Membership: The type of membership that the Prospect purchased. (Note: If the Prospect has yet to purchase a membership, then this field will appear blank.)
    24. Billing Status: The Prospect's current billing status. (Note: If the Prospect has yet to purchase a membership, then this field will appear blank.)
    25. Note: Billing statuses include 'Pre-Approval', 'Posted', and 'Rejected'.
    26. Billing Status Date: The date and time in which the Prospect's most recent billing status was acquired via the club's billing provider. (Note: If the Prospect has yet to purchase a membership, then this field will appear blank.)
    27. EFT Amount: The total monthly cost that the Prospect has agreed to pay toward their membership via electronic transfer. (Note: If the Prospect has yet to purchase a membership, then this field will appear blank.)
    28. Note: The total cost of Prospects' EFT Amounts that were acquired within the report's designated date range is displayed at the top of the column.
    29. Down Payment: The upfront cost that the Prospect paid toward their membership. (Note: If the Prospect has yet to purchase a membership, then this field will appear blank.)
    30. Referrals: The total number of leads that a Prospect referred to the club upon their account's creation.
    31. Note: The total number of leads that Prospects referred to the club within the report's designated date range is displayed at the top of the column.
    32. Note: Displays any notes that the Prospect submitted to the club via their Digital Guest Waiver.
    33. User ID: The Prospect's Club OS identification number.
    34. External Billing ID: The Prospect's identification number as generated by the club's billing provider.
