    Referral Conversion Report [Breakdown]

    The Preferred/VIP/Referral Guest Conversion Report displays, both, the basic stats and status of each Referral acquired within the report's designated date range. From its data, Club Admins track how capably a location's staff is converting Referrals into Members.

    A. Color Key

    A row is highlighted in red when one of the five following incidents have occurred:

    1. The Referred Lead received a club tour on the same date in which a Referring Prospect/Member submitted their info to the club. (Note: This is indicated by matching, both, the Referred Lead's 'Referral' and 'First Tour' dates.)

    2. The Referred Lead purchased membership on the same date in which a Referring Prospect/Member submitted their info to the club. (Note: This is indicated by matching, both, the Referred Lead's 'Referral' and 'Sale' dates.)

    3. The Referred Lead's 'Sale Date' is recorded as having occurred prior to their 'Referral Date'. (Note: This is indicated by comparing, both, the Referred Lead's 'Referral' and 'Sale' dates.)

    4. The Referred Lead purchased their membership at a cheaper cost than the original Referring Member. (Note: This is indicated by the Referring Member's 'Monthly Rate' appearing higher than the Referred Lead's rate.)

    5. The Referred Lead owes the club a past due payment. (Note: This is indicated by the Referred Lead's 'Past Due Balance' field exceeding $0.00.)

    B. Columns

    Columns generated by the Preferred/VIP/Referral Guest Conversion Report include:

    • Location: The club location in which the Referred Lead's account was created.

    • Referred By Name: The Referring Prospect/Member's first and last name.

    • Referred By Email: The Referring Prospect/Member's email address.

    • Referred By Agreement Number: The Referring Prospect/Member's agreement identification number. (Note: If a Referring Prospect has yet to purchase an agreement, then this field will appear blank.)

    • Referred By Current Monthly Rate: The price that the Referring Prospect/Member pays the club on a monthly basis. (Note: If a Referring Prospect has yet to purchase an agreement, then this field will appear as '$0.00'.)

    • Referral Name: The Referred Lead's first and last name.

            Note: The total number of Referred Leads that a club acquired within the report's designated date  
            range is displayed at the top of the column.

    • Referral Email: The Referred Lead's email address.

    • Referral Agreement Number: The Referred Lead's agreement identification number. (Note: If a Referred Lead has yet to purchase an agreement, then this field will appear blank.)

             Note: The total number of Referred Leads who purchased a membership within the report's
             designated date range is displayed at the top of the column.

    • Referral Date: Date that the lead was originally referred.

    • First Tour Date: The date and time in which the Referred Lead's initial club tour occurred. (Note: If a Referred Lead has yet to take a club tour, then this field will appear blank.)

    • Sale Date: The date and time in which the Referred Lead purchased a membership. (Note: If a Referred Lead has yet to purchase a membership, then this field will appear blank.)

    • Membership: Membership type the lead purchased (if Club OS recognizes these in your club).

    • Referral Current Monthly Rate: The price that the Referred Lead pays the club on a monthly basis. (Note: If a Referred Lead has yet to purchase a membership, then this field will appear blank.)

    • Referral Past Due Balance: The past due cost that the Referred Lead has yet to pay the club. (Note: If a Referred Lead has yet to purchase a membership, then this field will appear blank.)

    • Referral Source: The original source that created the referral.

             Note: Two possible values: 'Lead Info' - the lead themselves creates the referral, or 'Referral Link' -
             a member creates the referral.

    • Marketing Source: How the lead first heard about the club.

    • Employee: The staff member responsible for following-up with the Referred Lead.
